Brut Tradition is a stylish and elite Champagne produced from a small village winery in the southern part of the champagne region, renowned for its Pinot Noir.
Brut Tradition has spent over five years on the lees, giving it a rich balanced quality and allowing a low dosage achieved with very high production values.
Representing sophisticated, fine bubbles with an elegant nose of lowers and ripe yellow fruit. A bottle of champagne that has a lovely vinous aroma and a wonderfully well-balanced palette of persistent red fruits, with a lovely lingering finish. A Champagne for all occasions.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Very pale with beautifully fine mousse giving the impression of anextremely delicate champagne.
Nose: very elegant and refined yet showing remarkable maturity. The extended ageing of this wine brings out all its complexity. The nose is full of the fresh fruit aromas of nectarine, plum and pineapple plus notes of lemon tart and golden brioche.
PALATE
Suave and ethereal in the mouth. The perception of lightness is enhanced by the marked acidity and the limited amount of added sugar.
FOOD
The perfect partner for Celebrating an occasion that call for a slightly sweeter champagne. It’s a wonderful match with roast scallops or Dublin Bay prawns on a bed of Chinese leaves

Best served at 6-8° C in a large tasting glass or in a tulipshaped flute.
