Appearance: Very pale with beautifully fine mousse giving the impression of an extremely delicate champagne.
Nose: very elegant and refined yet showing remarkable maturity. The extended ageing of this wine brings out all its complexity. The nose is full of the fresh fruit aromas of nectarine, plum and pineapple plus notes of lemon tart and golden brioche.
PALATE
Suave and ethereal in the mouth. The perception of lightness is enhanced by the marked acidity and the limited amount of added sugar.
